Our journey begins with an overnight stay in Fuerte Amador, offering plenty of time to explore nearby Panama City and, of course, buy a Panama hat. Then we’ll slip along the Panama Canal, one of the great man-made wonders of the world. Emerging in the Caribbean Sea, we make for Cartagena, on the coast of Colombia, with a beautiful Old Town that is listed by UNESCO, and then a day at sea takes us to Jamaica. First, we visit Port Antonio, once the hangout of stars from the golden age of Hollywood, such as Errol Flynn, and then Montego Bay, where rum punch on the beach is a must. Next comes Georgetown on Grand Cayman, for encounters with stingrays and blue iguanas, before another sea day carries us to the U.S. We make landfall at Miami and then hop our way around the coast, calling at Port Canaveral, Norfolk in Virginia, and glittering New York City, our final destination.
Our largest suite, available in 2023 or 2020 designs, offers two walk-in wardrobes, separate living and dining areas with panoramic ocean views, a study, and a custom built-in bar. There is also a Jacuzzi bathtub with ocean views, separate shower, bidet, and guest bathroom. Enjoy unlimited dining at specialty restaurants, unlimited laundry services, and more.
