Passport and travel-document information

Where required, we may collect passport details, nationality, visa information, Advance Passenger Information and other identification information required by airlines, cruise lines, immigration authorities or travel suppliers.

Payment information

Information about payments made to or received from you.

Payments may be handled by our banks and payment-service providers. Best4Travel should not retain full payment-card details unless this is necessary and the information is stored in accordance with applicable payment-card security standards.

Special assistance and sensitive information

You may ask us to arrange assistance or provide information about:

  • reduced mobility or accessibility requirements;
  • dietary or allergy requirements; or
  • religious meal preferences.

When you make a booking for another person, you may provide us with their personal information.

You must make sure that you have their permission to provide this information and that they have been made aware of this Privacy Notice.

For children travelling as part of a booking, we only collect the information needed to arrange and administer their travel.
